Abstract  

ased on literature study, this article puts forwards the value's fulfilling level as a new measuring index for employeeorganization value fit and analyzes how it explains the effectiveness of both the employees and organizations. The article finally verifies the effects of the index on the effectiveness of the employees and organizations.
