Abstract The encouragement of nuclear technical employees was discussed, after the encouragement model for nuclear technical employees in enterprises was built and solved. It is pointed that administrators' tasks under the condition of asymmetric information are to design practically encouragement plans that could restrain the employees' behaviors choosing effectively and discipline them through the outcomes of their behaviors choosing. The application of the model was also considered.
