At present, the utilitarian values and pure practiceorientation in evaluation of management research hinders the development of management. Therefore, it is necessary to build a more scientific and rational evaluation system to improve the quality of management research. The articles systematically analyzes the essence and character of management research, argues that management research should balance and integrate academic knowledge and experience knowledge,explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. It take the knowledge, wisdom,theory, application, dimensions into assessment process, and builds an integrated model for management research.
