基于中心城市创新辐射的西部自主创新效率研究

摘要

从中心化效率和投入产出效率的视角测度中国不同地区19个中心城市的自主创新效率，对比分析中国西部3个中心城市重庆、西安、成都自主创新效率的水平和特征，据此阐释西部自主创新能力不足的成因，并提出提升西部自主创新效率的若干政策建议。

Abstract：

This study measures 19 central cities in different area of China from the perspective of the portion of the input and output, and then compares and analyzes the level and characteristics of efficiency of endogenous innovation in the city of Chongqing, Xian and Chengdu. Further more it explores the reasons of low efficiency of endogenous innovation in the west region and puts forwards some countermeasures.
