The traditional group evaluation methods do not consider the dynamic and Interactive case. To overcome this kind of shortage, this paper discusses a method of group evaluation based on multi-phase dynamic interactive. After discussing the assumptions, the paper first describes the evaluation process, then from the vertical" and horizontal perspectives, the paper defines stability and consistency of indicator indexes to explore the interaction termination’s base. In the end, this paper uses two interaction weighted calculate (DOWA calculate method and DOWGA calculate method) to conclude each interactive result. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
