A method of constructing supply chain network by generic materials bills(GMB)was proposed, and an integrated production planning model with constrained capacities for this kind of supply chain network was established. It was suppose that each firm has its upper bound of the capacity and this capacity could be convertible. Thus, the gross capacity must be standardized. The objective of the proposed model is to maximize the whole profits of supply chain coalition. Given were the optimal integrated production plan and the relation of producing cooperation.
