摘要

施工索赔机会发现是索赔管理的核心和关键内容，是索赔决策的瓶颈环节。分析了施工索赔机会发现的信息结构，给出了其灰描述，研究了施工索赔机会发现的两种求解方法,研究了索赔机会发现支持系统的工作机制。

Abstract：

The identification of the claims opportunities in construction projects is the core of construction management，and the bottle-neck at the claims decision-making. The information structure of the identification of the claims opportunities was analyzed and its grey description given. Two implements of the indentification of the claims opportunities were proposed and the three work mechanisms of their support system were described.
