Stimulation Effect on our Western Regional Economy of Developing Oil and Gas Resources: A Comparative Study of Tree Provinces and an Autonomous Region in Our Western Regions

How to combine the exploitation of oil and gas resources with the regional economic development of China's western region is an important problem. The inputoutput effect of the exploitation of oil and gas resources by choosing Xinjiang, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Qinghai as the research example in order to identify the crux of western region's not breaking away effectively from “resource curse”. On this basis, some countermeasures are presented to improve the Industrial layout of western regional Oil & Gas resources industries in order to evade the “resource curse”.
