The issue of how high-technology enterprises keep dynamic stability of knowledge workers in the competitive market is studied by using the principle of dynamic stability and modern robust control theory. Considering the actual conditions of high-technology enterprises, a class of linear uncertain time-varying dynamic model is established, with the numbers of incoming and outgoing knowledge workers as the controlling variables. The optimal guaranteed cost controller and decision making methods of managing knowledge workers are put forward based on the analysis of system robust stability. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the validity of our results.
