This paper studies the design of reverse logistics network for solid wastes in ecotourism areas, including the location of the two-echelon distribution centers and processing centers. It develops a double-objective (minimization of cost and maximization of the minimized distances between centers and the people) integer programming model and provides the efficient heuristic algorism for the reverse logistics network design. It proposes the fuzzy optimization model for the location of the centers considering the uncertainty of the capacity of the solid wastes. Finally a sample is given to verify the validation and feasibility of the algorism.
