Firstly, the paper analyzes and defines the concept of management experiments, and investigates the classification, influencing factors and characteristics of management experiments. And then, the paper analyzes the connotation of management experiment science，discusses the reasons for slow development of experimental managements, gives some related development countermeasures, proposes four clues for developing experimental managements and points out three growing points for management experiment's study. The paper finally proposes the research methodological system for experimental management science.
