Abstract:Based on the entrepreneurship cognitive theory, risk perception is taken as an intermediary variable, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a moderating variable, to explore the influence of the risk propensity on entrepreneurial intention. A questionnaire survey of 441 samples was conducted with SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0 for empirical analysis. The results show that:①the risk propensity has a significant negative effect on perceived risk, and the risk perception has either significant negative effect on entrepreneurial intention, and risk propensity has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention;②risk perception has a significant mediating effect between risk propensity and entrepreneurial intention;③entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive adjustment effect between risk propensity and risk perception, and has the role of reverse adjustment between risk perception and entrepreneurial intention;④in the relationship between risk propensity and entrepreneurial intention, the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has the mediated moderating effect; and the risk perception has the moderated mediating effect.
