The effects of deep cultural structure of countries and nations are long-lasting, and it can’t suddenly disappear. Management ontology and methodology are the core of Chinese management experience. From the perspective of cultural psychology, the logic behind Chinese experience corresponds to “one mind”, and Chinese experience correspond to different “mentality.” Chinese indigenous research should be based on deep structure of Chinese culture, combine the “context theorization” and “theory contextual”. Chinese indigenous research should provide academic evidence to “overcome the negative factors in traditional experience and develop positive factors in Chinese experience .” “Chinese management experience ” and “Management of Chinese philosophy” do not only have local value but also global value.
