Abstract：In this study, a SDV (SWOTDEMATELVIKOR) method is proposed to select enterprise’s development strategy considering the correlations among multifactors. The method consists of the three parts. First, the development strategy selection framework considering correlations among multifactors is determined according to the SWOT matrix model. Then, the degree of importance of all the factors concerning strength, weakness, opportunity or threat are determined based on the DEMATEL method. Afterwards, the desirable enterprise’s development strategy is selected using the VIKOR method. Finally, a case study on selecting the development strategy for middle and small enterprises is given to show the feasibility and applicability of the method proposed.
