The literature on capital structure was surveyed.How management ownership,ownership structure,asset specificity,strategy and dynamic environment impact on capital structure,and the relationship between performance and capital structure were paid attention to specially.The insufficiency of the study in these aspects was also pointed out to use the experience by our researchers.
