Based on dividing dimensions of IT capability, the paper establishes a theoretical framework model and proposes relative hypotheses about relationships among IT capability of enterprises, interface management and customer innovation in the process of new product development. Carrying out the survey on hightech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the paper makes an empirical analysis on obtained data using structural equation model. The results show that: there are significantly positive impacts of IT infrastructure on IT technical capability and IT human capability; positive impacts of IT technical capability and IT human capability on customer innovation are also significant; positive moderating effects of interface management on relationships between IT technical capability, IT human capability and customer innovation are significant.
