Abstract:This research discuss the detailed information about the achievements and shortages of this company via the analysis of standardized management, the control of chain stores, the marketing models, the capital operation and other key issues. Then, based on the studies of QunJuDe’s experiences, this research provides the reasonable recommendations for the development of Chinese timehonored brand enterprises.
