SWOT analysis of cross university curriculum construction for masters of nursing based on virtual teaching and research section

Abstract: Objective To analyze cross university curriculum construction for masters of nursing based on virtual teaching and research section with SWOT analysis, to establish SWOT matrix, and provide reference for cross university curriculum construction for masters of nursing. Method After literature review, SWOT analysis was used for analysis and strategic research. Results SWOT analysis reveals the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of cross university curriculum construction based on virtual teaching and research sections. SWOT matrix proposed four major strategies for cross university curriculum construction. Conclusion Taking the learning characteristics and needs of masters of nursing into consideration, cross university curriculum construction based on virtual teaching and research section should actively respond to national digital education strategy. Combing SWOT matrix, cross campus curriculum construction should be promoted with clear goals and objectives, so as to promote the digital development of nursing master education.
