Practice and Effect of Nursing Butler Service in Special Medical Center

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nursing butler service on the quality of nursing service in special medical center. Methods Post of nursing butler was established with post responsibilities, implementation plans, evaluation method and supervision mechanism and butler service run through the whole process of admission-treatment-discharge-follow-up. Results After the implementation of nursing butler service, critical nursing skill, nursing document writing, disinfection and isolation, first-aid drugs and equipment, quality management of the ward, and patient satisfaction had been significantly improved. Conclusion Nursing butler service can effectively improve the quality of nursing service in special medical center.
