Practice of Consultation-guidance- segmentation Target Management in Department of Pediatrics

Abstract: Objective To observe the application effect of consultation-guidance-segmentation target management in department of pediatrics. Methods Consultation-guidance-segmentation target management was implemented in the department of pediatrics from July to December 2019. The implementation effect before（from January to June 2019） and after the implementation（from July to December 2019） was compared. Results Nursing operation error rate, nurse-patient dispute rate, and the incidence of nurse internal disputes were significantly lower than those before the implementation. More articles were published and nurses were more satisfied with the nursing management, and the rate of parents’ satisfaction with children’s care was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion Consultation-guidance-segmention target management in department of pediatrics is effective for achieving management goal. Both nurses and parents of children are highly satisfied with the management model.
