The General Information Questionnaire, Nurses' Moral Courage Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale were used the investigation. Mplus 8.0 was used for potential profile analysis, and ordered multiple logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the influencing of each factor on different types. Results The moral courage of oncology nurses could be divided into three latent categories: low level moral courage group (42.8%), medium level moral courage group (39.9%) and high level moral courage group (17.3%). The influencing factors included age and resilience score (all P<0.05). Conclusion There are three latent categories of moral courage of nurses in oncology department.
