国内外ICU后门诊发展现状及展望

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的介绍并分析国内外ICU后门诊的发展现状,为我国ICU后门诊发展方向提供参考。方法检索国内外相关文献,从ICU后门诊的概念、发展现状等进行综述并提出展望。结果虽然国外ICU后门诊发展较早,但目前国际上尚缺乏统一模式和规范,然而在接诊对象及资源配置方面几乎达成一致。现行的接诊模式包括以患者为主导的服务模式（鼓励患者自我监测干预、参与ICU日记的ICU后综合征筛查）、以医护人员为主导的服务模式以及以家庭为中心的服务模式等。当前仍存在包括专业人员的缺乏、ICU后门诊理念的缺乏、高龄及居住距离以及缺乏资金支持等现实问题,需要迫切解决。结论构建结构化多学科ICU后门诊团队,根据我国医疗发展特色及人群特点,结合目前的现状和不足,创新服务模式及内容,为ICU出院患者及家庭照护者提供出院后的延续性医疗服务提供理论基础。
