护士道德困境干预的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for nurses moral dilemma intervention

摘要： 目的 检索、评价并整合国内外护士道德困境干预的最佳证据,为临床护理工作者提供参考。方法 计算机检索BMJ Best Practice、UpToDate、澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、国际指南网、美国指南网、加拿大安大略注册护士协会、英国国家健康与临床优化研究所、苏格兰学院指南网、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、OVID、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国知网、中国医脉通指南网、维普数据库中关于护士道德困境干预的相关证据,包括证据总结、指南、系统评价、专家共识、临床决策。检索时限为建库至2022年7月31日。结果 本研究最终纳入13篇文献,包括2篇指南、3篇证据总结、8篇系统评价。最终从有效沟通、自我调节、资源支持、培训教育、伦理氛围5个方面汇总了17条最佳证据。结论 该研究总结了护士道德困境干预的最佳证据,在临床应用时,需考虑实际情况,与护士自身结合,审慎的选择相应的证据,促进护士的身心健康,提高护理质量。
