多视角录播系统在本科护生口腔护理操作教学中的运用

Application of Multi-view Recording and Broadcasting System in Oral Care Operation Teaching for Undergraduate Nursing Students

摘要: 目的 探究多视角录播系统在本科护生口腔护理操作教学中的运用效果,为相关学科教学的革新提供启发与参考。方法 以口腔护理这一操作项目进行分组对照研究。采用方便抽样法,通过抛硬币的方式将80名2016级本科护生按班级随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统的操作教学和考试方式,观察组采用多视角录播系统辅助教学和考试方式。教学结束后,采用问卷调查测量2组学生对教学效果的满意程度,并进行随堂测验;操作考试后,调查观察组护生和带教教师对多视角录播系统的看法。结果 观察组护生总体教学效果满意度、随堂测验成绩及操作考试成绩均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。88%的师生更倾向于使用多视角录播系统进行操作教学和考试。结论 多视角录播系统有助于提升教学效果及护生满意度,深受师生欢迎。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of applying the Multi-view Recording and Broadcasting System (MRBS) oral care operation teaching for undergraduate nursing students, aiming to provide inspiration and reference for teaching reform. Methods With convenient sampling method, 80 nursing undergraduates in grade 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. Traditional operation teaching was applied in the control group and MRS in experiment group to assist teaching and test. After the operation teaching, questionnaire survey method was used to measure the teaching effect of the students. Both students' and teachers' views on MRS were evaluated after the operation test. Results The overall teaching effect in the experiment group was better and students performed better in quiz and operation test, indicating statistically significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). 88% of students and teachers tended to apply MRBS in nursing operation teaching and assessment. Conclusion MRS is a helpful device to improve teaching effect and students' satisfaction and it's popular among teachers and students, which is worth to be promoted.
