经口气管插管患者口腔护理评估现状及研究进展

摘要： 目的 探讨目前国内外口腔护理评估现状,为制定符合我国国情的、针对经口气管插管患者的口腔护理评估工具提供参考依据。方法 通过文献查阅法回顾国内外经口气管插管患者口腔护理评估的现状,对口腔护理评估实践情况、评估内容、评估工具进行总结、分析和对比。结果 大多数护理人员在为患者进行口腔护理前会对患者进行评估,主要评估内容包括口腔状态、病情、意识、配合程度等,但因缺乏标准的评估工具,评估结果缺乏科学性。国外已有相对成熟的评估工具,包括口腔评估指南（OAG）、Beck口腔评估表、BRUSHED评估模型及其他等多种类型,国内使用的量表多是由国外量表翻译而来,但上述工具均对气管插管患者缺乏针对性。结论 经口气管插管患者有其特殊性,应结合其特点,制定符合我国国情的、针对性的口腔护理评估工具,以指导ICU护士为此类患者提供个性化的口腔护理服务。
