首先，通过梳理零工工作者的定义、零工工作的特点并回顾职业可持续能力的相关研究，界定零工职业可持续能力的内涵；其次，基于工作要求-资源模型，归纳出零工职业可持续能力包含的“自我领导力、身份灵活力、情绪调节力、数字社交力、生涯持续学习力、自我品牌塑造力”六结构维度，结合选择补偿最优化理论，探讨六维度的内在联系，并构建零工职业可持续能力影响机制的整合模型；最后，进一步提出零工职业可持续能力在概念框架、差异性分析、动态演化等方面的未来研究方向。

This study firstly defines the connotation of the sustainable career ability of gig workers based on the definition of gig workers, the characteristics of gig work and the relevant literature on career sustainability. Secondly, based on the Job Demands-Resources model, this study sums up six structural dimensions of the sustainable career ability of gig workers, including self-leadership, identity flexibility, emotional regulation, digital networking, career-related continuous learning and self-branding, and then discusses the interrelationships among them in combination with the Selective Optimization with Compensation theory, and constructs an integrated model of the influencing mechanism of the sustainable career ability of gig workers. Finally, this study puts forward future research direction concerning the sustainable career ability of gig workers in terms of the conceptual framework, analysis of differences and dynamic evolution.
