从内外分工协同的视角出发，以贝克尔增长模型和熊彼特创新理论为基础，阐述了工业互联网影响企业供应链韧性的内在机理；并以2014~2023年中国制造业A股上市公司为样本，运用双重差分法实证评估工业互联网试点示范项目的政策效应。研究发现，工业互联网建设显著增强了制造业企业供应链韧性。机制检验揭示，工业互联网主要通过深化专业分工、降低协调成本以及增强协同创新发挥供应链韧性提升作用。异质性分析表明，企业吸收能力越强、供应链网络中心度越高或地区市场分割程度越低时，提升作用越大；且对于大型、成熟或处在低行业技术水平的企业，提升效应更大。

Drawing on the perspectives of internal and external collaborative divisions of labor, and grounded on Becker’ s growth model and Schumpeter’s innovation theory, this study elucidates the underlying mechanisms through which the Industrial Internet affects corporate supply chain resilience. Utilizing a panel dataset of Chinese A-share listed manufacturing firms spanning 2014 to 2023, the study employs a difference-in-differences approach to empirically evaluate the policy effects of the Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Projects. The results indicate that the development of the Industrial Internet significantly enhances the supply chain resilience of manufacturing firms. Mechanism analyses reveal that the Industrial Internet improves supply chain resilience primarily by deepening the specialized division of labor, reducing coordination costs, and fostering collaborative innovation. Heterogeneity analyses demonstrate that the effects are amplified for firms with stronger absorptive capacity, higher supply chain network centrality, or those located in regions with lower market segmentation. Moreover, this enhancement effect is more pronounced among firms that are large, mature, or operating in low-technology industries.
