基于共同富裕导向下的效率与公平框架，选取经济水平、产业结构、金融发展、教育水平、医疗条件、财政支出6个关键要素，运用fsQCA和回归分析相结合的混合方法，以982个中国县域为研究对象，探究县域创业活跃度的多重并发因果路径及其对就业水平的影响。研究结果发现：6个关键要素均不单独构成县域创业活跃度的必要条件；存在4条实现高县域创业活跃度的组态，即市场驱动-产教融合型组态（H1）、金融驱动-人才赋能型组态（H2）、产融协同-健康保障型组态（H3）、要素协同-共富均衡型组态（H4）；4条组态在促进创业就业协同发展的效果上存在差异，H1促进县域创业但会抑制就业，而H2、H3、H4能够实现创业与就业的协同发展。

Based on the efficiency-equity framework under the guidance of common prosperity, this study selects six key factors—level of economic development, industrial structure, financial development, education level, medical conditions, and fiscal expenditure, and employs a mixed-method approach combining fsQCA and regression analysis. Taking 982 counties in China as the research sample, it investigates the multiple concurrent causal paths of county entrepreneurial activity and their impact on employment levels. The findings reveal that: none of the six key factors alone constitutes a necessary condition for high county-level entrepreneurial activity; Four configurational paths lead to high entrepreneurial activity, namely the market-driven industry-education integration configuration(H1),the finance-driven talent empowerment configuration(H2),the industry-finance synergy with health security configuration(H3),and the factor synergy for common prosperity configuration(H4);These four configurations differ in their effects on the synergistic development of entrepreneurship and employment.H1 promotes county-level entrepreneurship but inhibits employment, whereas H2,H3,and H4 can achieve the synergistic development of entrepreneurship and employment.
