以东软医疗为对象开展嵌入式案例研究，探讨在数智赋能作用下，智慧医疗生态系统价值共创的实现机制。研究发现：智慧医疗生态系统通过“现实问题识别-数智赋能-数智化能力-价值实现”的机制共创价值；数智赋能有助于解决智慧医疗生态系统整体和三大子系统面临的健康问题，各子系统通过纵向衔接、横向协同、循环反馈的联动推进系统整体价值共创；智慧医疗生态系统超越以效率和经济价值为主导的思维，“人民性”贯穿于价值共创的全过程，是价值共创的关键导向。

This embedded case study focuses on Neusoft Medical to explore the mechanism through which the smart healthcare ecosystem achieves value co-creation under digital intelligence empowerment. The study found that the smart healthcare ecosystem co-creates value through a mechanism of “problem identification-digital-intelligence empowerment-digital-intelligence capability-value realization”. Digital intelligence empowerment helps address health challenges faced by the smart healthcare ecosystem and its three major subsystems. Each subsystem promotes the ecosystem overall value co-creation through vertical connection, horizontal coordination, and circular feedback. The smart healthcare ecosystem transcends the efficiency and economic value-driven mindset, with the “people-centeredness” approach runs through the entire value co-creation process, serving as the key guiding principle for value co-creation.
