摘要

基于社会网络理论,探讨供应链网络结构对企业实质性创新的影响,并分析通才型领导的调节作用。以2005~2020年中国上市企业为样本,研究表明:供应链网络广度和深度与企业实质性创新呈倒U形关系,空间复杂性对实质性创新具有正向作用;通才型领导削弱了广度与深度对实质性创新的边际效应,强化了空间复杂性对创新的促进作用;在经济政策不确定性增强情境下,网络深度与空间复杂性对实质性创新的效应更为显著,而网络广度与创新之间的倒U形关系趋于平缓,体现了动态环境下供应链网络结构对创新的差异化影响机制。

Abstract

Based on social network theory, this study investigates the impact of supply chain network structure on firms’ substantive innovation and examines the moderating role of CEOs’ general ability. Using a sample of Chinese listed firms from 2005 to 2020, the research finds that both network breadth and depth exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship with substantive innovation, while spatial complexity has a positive effect. CEOs’ general ability weakens the marginal effects of breadth and depth and strengthens the positive effect of spatial complexity. When economic policy uncertainty increases, the effects of network depth and spatial complexity on substantive innovation become more salient, whereas the inverted U-shaped relationship between network breadth and innovation becomes attenuated. These findings suggest that the structural dimensions of supply chain networks respond differently to innovation in dynamic environments.
