摘要

选取4家中国企业进行多案例研究,探究其重塑中国市场高端需求图景以实现高端化战略变革的过程机理。研究发现:①中国企业高端化战略变革需深挖中国市场真正高端需求内涵,塑造一个合理的高端需求图景,为高端化战略变革构造新基础;②高端化战略变革中,中国企业重塑高端需求图景的策略包括增维和升维两种,二者殊途同归;③组合增维和升维策略形成高端需求图景重塑策略组合,并依据其是否涉及非质量维度,将此组合划分为扩展型和纵深型两种;④两种重塑策略组合均可促使中国企业实现高端化战略变革对内提升综合实力、对外塑造高端品牌的双重目标,驱动变革实现。

Abstract

This study examines four Chinese firms to explore how they reshape the China’s high-end demand landscape to achieve high-end strategic change. The findings reveal:①successful high-end change requires uncovering the true essence of high-end demand in China and constructing a new, contextually grounded high-end demand landscape; ②enterprises adopt two main reshaping strategies: dimension augmentation and dimension elevation, both strategies ultimately lead to the same goal; ③combining these strategies yields two types of reshaping configurations: expansive and deepening; ④both configurations enable enterprises to simultaneously strengthen internal capabilities and build externally high-end brand equity, thus driving the realization of high-end strategic.
