A Human Capital Pricing Model Based on Hierarchical Structure

Abstract  

Hierarchical structure was taken a core structural element in human capital pricing model,and regarded a key basis of making differentiated pricing.According Rosen's hierarchical production model,a production function incorporating a function of human capital's ability was developed and pricing for human capital was located in hierarchical background.The effects led by organizational factors,such as the coefficient of residual share and firm size,and the human capital's individual differentiation factors such as ability,degree of efforts and hierarchical level,were discussed.Finally a solution was given to making differentiated pricing for human capital.
