Abstract

Military Supply Chain (MSC) is a form of military logistics corresponding to Information Warfare.  AttackingMSC has been endowed with new meaning, because information technology is widely used in MSC and this chain is closely related to social and economic systems in the structure of the world economy globalization. The concept of Logistics Information Warfare (LIW) is given. Taking the change of MSC efficiency as an evaluation standard for the results of LIW,the internal and external reasons were analyzed which cause the loss of MSC efficiency.  From the inducing and evading the loss efficiency of MSC, a battle model of LIW was built.  Main ways for attackingMSC were emphatically discussed.  On the basis of the Bullwhip Effect, the Ripple Effect is also proposed, which is used as an indirect attacking method in military logistics warfare.
