The advantages of batch and flexible orders were discussed to achieve the harmony and share the risks mutually in supply chains.  An idea of exchanging some discount for some flexibility in an order was proposed. A contract model of a batch order contract with some flexibility was given and validated by the emulator. It was concluded that the cost of the order would be saved and carry out the risks be untaken mutually in the supply chains by this model.
