From manager's working time distribution, the literatures of work behavior published by researches home and abroad were reviewed.  In the review, manager's working behaviors were divided into three catalogues, namely management functions, roles and activities.   It is pointed out that it is desirable to study this subject as a indigenous research in Chinese context. The limitation of current researches and future study were also discussed.
