The problems, thoughts, special techniques and some results from the project titled Research on Association Analysis in Project Management and Decision Support System for Proposal Application, sponsored by NSFC are given, which was awarded as the highest level “A” by post-reviewing committee of NSFC in 2007.  Were addressed the four aspects, including text processing and modeling, case reasoning of association analysis, strategic-level knowledge mining, knowledge production line.
