Abstract Based on literatures of organizational culture sociability and organizational change, a Structure Equation Model of them is put forward and tested with the study subject of trainees in the executive training class. The main and universal conclusions of this study, though it's also prudent, is that the organizational culture sociability on value layer and reality layer and the differences between the two layers are positively related with perception change; the organizational culture sociability on reality layer is highly positively related with behavior change, while the value layer do not have remarkable effect on organizational behavior change and the differences between the two are negatively related with perception change. The conclusion of this research explains the employees' attitude in organizational change from the perspective of organizational culture and gives some advice for the practice of the organizational change.
