Abstract Based on the evolution process of Resource-Based theory, organizational capacity can be distinguished into static capabilities and dynamic capabilities; Static capabilities stand for the strength of the firm and the dynamic capabilities stand for the livingness of the firm. Static capacilities and dynamic capabilities is the ability of different interpretations. According to literature review, RBT can distinguish into the VRIN static model and DC dynamic model. We want to clarify the concepts of organizational capacity, static capabilities and dynamic capabilities,then analysis the relationship between the static capabilities and dynimic capabilities. Further, We give a concept model of capabilities and explore the dynamic capabilities research further.
