We try to explore the characteristics of entrepreneur's risk-taking behaviors in real entrepreneurial environment. The conclusions are: i) entrepreneurs are not gamblers and they make bold attempts within the limit of affordable loss; ii) they modify continuously during pilot to control the risk; iii) these modifications are improvisation from the market-oriented quick action and information sharing of stakeholders.
