Taking into account the characteristics of emerging technology and based on the study results of organizational learning model, this paper proposes an emerging technology evolution model based on dynamic competence. It also examines this model by the evolution process of SONY Walkman. We draw the conclusion that the formation of dynamic competence facilitates emerging technology evolution.
