Abstract  Taking province Z under the first round of central eco-environmental protection inspection as an example, a case study containing embedded analysis units is designed, and the basic research framework of “pressure generation-transmission-action effect “is used to explore the atypical pressure transmission law in the context of sports governance. The study found that the atypical pressure mainly comes from the combined effect of public opinion pressure, time pressure, regulatory pressure, problem pressure and personal pressure ,goes through the four steps of “generation-compaction-differentiation-resolution”. Atypical pressure can basically achieve effective transmission, but we did not observe the “pressure deterrent effect”, and the pressure effect gradually decreases after reaching a peak. The realization of the pressure effect requires the pressure to be strong and continuous.
