Abstract This paper focuses on radical innovation in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management (OBHRM). It starts with the connotation of radical innovation, then systematically reviews the measurements and theoretical perspectives, and reviews the empirical research from different research levels and research foci. Finally, this review summarizes current limitations and prospects for future directions to promote the following research of radical innovation in this field.
