Abstract Based on affective events theory and self-regulation theory, this study builds a relational model between entrepreneurial narrative, team entrepreneurial passion, team entrepreneurial vision, team entrepreneurial effort, and team mindfulness. To test the five hypotheses in this study, 365 formal survey samples for 92 new venture teams are collected by a three-stage questionnaire survey. The results show that: ①entrepreneurial narrative has a significant positive impact on team entrepreneurial passion; ②team entrepreneurial vision has a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial narrative and team entrepreneurial passion, as well as the mediating effect of team entrepreneurial effort;③team mindfulness positively moderates the relationship between team entrepreneurial vision and team entrepreneurial passion, as well as moderating the relationship between team entrepreneurial effort and team entrepreneurial passion.
