Abstract his paper studies characters and differences at different service customization stages, discuss the internal relationship among service cost, service time, service capacity and service scale effect based on the character analysis and service stages division of SMC. Then, this paper sets up the supply chain scheduling optimization model and algorithm in SMC and verifies the feasibility, validity and applicability of the algorithm.
