Abstract The 2013 Annual Conference of Management in China（6th）is a collective reflection and summary of local management theory research and practical exploration from current Chinese management community. Through summary of plenary lectures, special seminars, conference papers and live communication, main academic viewpoints are reviewed in the aspects of practical exploration and theory research of management in China, business organization management, government and non-profit organization management.
