Rehabilitation Effect of On-line Precise Stratified Guidance for PCI Patients during COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract: Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effect of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）with precise online stratified guidance during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods Sixty patients with PCI admitted to Department of Cardiology were selected and randomly divided into WeChat precision intervention group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and the WeChat precision intervention group online precise stratified rehabilitation instruction. Cardiac rehabilitation indexes were compared between the two groups 6 months after discharge. Results Weekly exercise time, body mass index, blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose control rate, smoking cessation rate and correct drug use rate in WeChat precision intervention group were significantly longer or higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of depression and anxiety was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). No case of readmission caused by cardiovascular events was found in the precise intervention group. Conclusion During the period of COVID-19 pandemic, online precise stratified guidance is effective for significantly improving cardiac rehabilitation quality indicators of patients after PCI, and avoiding readmission due to cardiovascular events.
