Abstract: Objective To construct a joint intervention program of cognitive remediation for schizophrenia patients, and to provide reference for conducting mobile-based cognitive intervention. Methods Through literature analysis, a draft of the mobile health APP-based cognitive remediation program was formulated by combining cognitive remediation therapy and medication management skill training. Fourteen experts were invited to conduct 2 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence questionnaire for the revision of the program. Results The effective recovery rates of the 2-round correspondence expert questionnaire was 93% and 100%, respectively; the expert authority coefficient was 0.860; the coefficient of variation for importance and feasibility in the first round of consultation was <0.25; and the Kendall's concordance coefficient for importance and feasibility in the second round of expert consultation was 0.282 and 0.225 (all P<0.05) respectively. The final intervention program included 4 themes, 15 cognitive strategies, and 16 cognitive exercises. Conclusion The joint intervention program of cognitive remediation based on mobile health APP is rigorous and feasible, and has potential effect, which can provide reference for carrying out mobile-based cognitive interventions.
