Development of Evaluation Index System of Tacit Knowledge for Higher Vocational Nursing Students

Abstract: Objective To develop an evaluation index system of tacit knowledge for higher vocational nursing students through Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Methods Through literature review and theoretical analysis, the main framework of the evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed on the basis of domestic and foreign research on the occupational competence of nursing education. Delphi method and AHP were used to analyze the results and determine the weight. Results The evaluation index system of tacit knowledge for higher vocational nursing students consisted of 4 first-level, 19 second-level and 50 third-level indicators. Conclusion Being reasonable and comprehensive, the established evaluation index system can provide reference for the research and practice of tacit knowledge evaluation for higher vocational nursing students.
