1118 Construction and Action Mechanism of Resource Leverage in the Process of Internationalization of Chinese Enterprises under Technical Pressure——Based on the Double Cases Study of Huayuan and Yinlong
XU Hui,LIU Tiantian,DING Chao
Based on the theory of resource leverage, this study analyzes two Chinese companies’ cases to deconstruct how they use resource leverage to break through the increasing technical pressure in the process of internationalization. This study found that, the technical pressure suffered by Chinese enterprises in the process of internationalization was manifested as the pressure of technical standards and technical level; resource linkage and organizational learning interactions acted together on the formation of resource leverage. Resource linkage provided resources to support for organizational learning, and organizational learning transformed resources into ability to promoting resource connection, both had the leverage effect on breaking through the technical pressure; Chinese internationalization enterprises based on the market-oriented tended to use breadth linkage and transformative learning interaction to promote the efficiency resource leverage, while Chinese internationalization enterprises based on the technical-oriented tended to use depth linkage and anticipatory learning interaction to promote the innovative resource leverage.

1128 A Case Study on the Authority Transformation Mechanism of Intergenerational Succession Based on the Perspective of Institutional Work
LI Chan,GE Jing,YOU Hai
The study builds a bridge between leaders, leadership behavior and authority transformation, deepens the understanding of authority transformation in the process of intergenerational succession, and provides a new explanation for the role of institutional work in authority transformation by introducing the perspective of institutional work into the process of intergenerational succession. The study finds that in order to successfully complete the intergenerational succession, the successor will gradually change the authority mode of the enterprise through the institutional work, and promote the enterprise to break away from the authority mode dominated by traditional authority and charismatic authority with the founder as the core, forming a new authority mode dominated by legal authority with the institutions as the core, so as to realize the steady expansion of the enterprise.

1138 Research on the Formation and Classification of Organizational Resource Acquisition Strategies Based on Leader’s Individual Level
ZHANG Lin,XI Youmin,XU Liguo,ZHANG Xiaojun
By conducting a multi-cases study of 8 university leaders, this study explores the formation and classification of leader’s resource acquisition strategies. This study found that leader’s resource acquisition strategy was the result of interaction among the personal cognition, personal behavior and institutional environment, which formed an interactive mechanism of cognitive identification of institutional environment, cognitive choice of institutional environment, and action under the constraints of institutional environment. Then, based on the interaction, this study proposes three strategies that leaders use in resource acquisition process: compliance strategy, compromise strategy and innovation strategy, the differences among them lie in whether the leader’s cognition and behavior are consistent, and whether the leader’s cognition and behavior follow the institutional environment.

1147 A Processual Analysis Framework for Solving the Paradox between Work Resumption and Epidemic Prevention with Systems Thinking
WANG Fengbin,AN Baiyu,ZHANG Xue
Based on the holistic and dynamic perspective of systems, this study endeavors to explore innovative solution to paradoxes by taking the tension between epidemic prevention and work resumption as the focal paradox. The diachronic analysis involves the two sides of unity-of-opposites into a system consisted of multiple components, through which the dynamic process and intrinsic motor underlying the development of paradoxical system are comprehensively and deeply depicted and explained. Via longitudinal analytical induction on the six-phase evolution process, the focal paradox is put into the embedded multi-dimensional framework that contains the reactor, mediator, resultant, catalyst and non-present agent. Thus, the study unfolds the evolutionary trajectory and mechanism driving the change of paradox tension in a spiraling process governed by the dialectical logic of “negation of the negation”. This study elaborates and extends the research on the long-chain pattern of solution to paradoxes, and embodies the distinct efficacy of Chinese traditional philosophical wisdom in solving challenging problems in practice.

1166 Research on the Construction of an Integrated Model of Leader Voice-Taking Behavior from the Perspective of Planned Behavior
HAN Yi,LIU Geng,ZONG Shuwei
By reviewing and combing relevant studies both domestic and overseas, and based on the theory of planned behavior, this study defines the connotation of leader voice-taking behavior from the leader perspective and constructs a two-stage leader voice-taking integrated model of intention formation and behavior transformation. The results show that the leader’s voice-taking attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control can affect the leader voice-taking intention, and the transformation from leader voice-taking intention to actual voice-taking behavior is moderated by leader’s characteristics, organizational context, and perceived behavior control. Finally, on this basis, the future research direction is prospected from the aspects of conceptual exploration, model expansion, and empirical test.

ZHANG Mingchao,SUN Xinbo,QIAN Yu
Based on the resource orchestration theory and the exploratory case study method, this study constructs an integrated theoretical model of data enablement driving the innovation mechanism of C2M reverse customization model in intelligent manufacturing enterprises. It is found that in the process of data resource orchestration, intelligent manufacturing enterprises can realize the customer enablement, process enablement and cooperation enablement, and systematically promote the innovation of C2M reverse customization mode. The implementation of different levels of enablement follows the corresponding process path of “construct the target resource combination—integrate resources to build capability—use the capabilities to create value”. Among them, the customer enablement is the prerequisite foundation for the innovation of the C2M reverse customization model. The process enablement provides back-end support for the innovation of the C2M reverse customization model. And the cooperation enablement provides resource guarantees for the innovation of the C2M reverse customization model. This study has deepened the research on the mechanism path of the realization of data enablement, and has certain practical enlightenment for guiding intelligent manufacturing enterprises to create C2M reverse customization advantages through datafication transformation.

1204 Research on the Synergistic Effect of Competitive Strategy and Social Responsibility on Enterprise Market Performance
ZHANG Hong,LUO Lanying
Based on the panel data of A-share manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2014 to 2019, this paper empirically examined the moderating effect of competitive strategy on the curve relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and market performance curve. The results show that the enterprise self capital level and CSR stimulation level constitute the restrictive conditions for the effectiveness of CSR investment, as a result, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between CSR and market performance. Meanwhile, contrary to the low-cost strategy, the inverted U-shaped relationship between CSR and market performance under the differentiation strategy is strengthened. When an enterprise realizes effective integration of the two strategies, its market performance brought by the appropriate CSR investment will be significantly improved. The results support the view that competitive strategy is an important complementary mechanism for CSR to produce benefits, which has obviously synergistic effect with CSR, and the effective integration of strategies and appropriate CSR investment can cooperatively promote the long-term development of enterprises.

1229 The Pricing Decision of Online Retailers Based on the Heterogeneous of Consumers’ Privacy Value
HOU Zemin,QI Yong,CAO Jinxia
This study induces privacy value heterogeneous in the linear model, and then sets up a price competition framework for online retailers with high service capability and low service capability, reveals the impact of consumers’ privacy value heterogeneous on online retailers’ pricing decisions, and analyzes the impact of the online retailer’s technological innovation in reducing consumers’ privacy costs on social welfare. The results show that, both monopoly and duopoly can be equilibriums after inducing consumers’ privacy value, and the market structure is related to consumers’ privacy benefits difference, consumers’ privacy costs difference, and online retailers’ privacy costs difference. However, the average price of high service capability online retailer can be lower than that of the low service capability online retailer, though the high service capability online retailer could price discrimination. In addition, the high service capability online retailer always has the motivation to conduct innovation, which may decrease welfare. Under a certain condition, the coordinated development of online retailer digital construction and consumer privacy protection could be realized.

1238 Analysis on Punishment Mechanism of Miners’ Violation Behavior from the Perspective of Bradley Curve
YANG Xue,TIAN Yang,SONG Aifeng,LI Haowen,LIU Yinshuang
In order to effectively restrain miners’ violation behavior and promote coal mine safety production, this study constructs an evolutionary game model between miners and coal mining enterprises from the perspective of whether the punishment mechanism has spillover effect, and analyzes the evolutionary stability strategy of the system under the two punishment mechanisms. Taking the “safety partner” system of a coal mine in Pingdingshan City as an example, the research results verify the rationality of the existence of Bradley Curve from the institutional perspective, that is the spillover punishment system for group mutual management is better than the non-spillover punishment system for individual independent management. The implementation of spillover punishment system can make the miners change from the independent management stage of Bradley curve to the mutual management stage and thus reduce the probability of accident injury. Combined with the example, the optimal number of safety partner members of the coal mine is 2.

1245 The Competitive Product Development Strategies of New Energy Vehicles Companies by Considering both Government Subsidies and Consumers’ Environmental Preferences
LIU Jing,NIE Jiajia,YUAN Hongping
This study considers two factors including new energy vehicles subsidy policy and consumers’ environmental preferences and establishes game models in different situations. The impact of subsidy threshold and consumers’ environmental preferences on product development, profits, and environmental impacts of competitive new energy vehicles companies are then analyzed. The study shows that, corresponding to different thresholds of government subsidies, there are three new strategies for the product development and competition equilibrium of the energy vehicles companies: no new energy vehicles companies develop high-green products, only one new energy vehicles company develops high-green products, and two new energy vehicles companies develop high-green products. In addition, if the subsidy threshold is high, the subsidy policy will not affect the product development behavior of new energy vehicles companies. Moreover, compared with non-subsidy, government subsidies will reduce the profits of the two new energy vehicles companies, while increasing the impact of products on the environment under certain conditions.
