Abstract:Based on the Dynamic Capability Theory and the knowledge base view, we explore the enhancement mechanism of blockchain technology and green supply chain collaboration on the dynamic capability of circular supply chain from the perspective of ambidextrous knowledge sharing. Through structural equation modeling and analyzing 391 questionnaire data, it is found that both blockchain technology and green supply chain collaboration can improve the dynamic capability of circular supply chain, and both explicit and tacit knowledge sharing play a mediating role in it. Blockchain technology strengthens the facilitating effect of green supply chain collaboration on explicit knowledge sharing; green supply chain collaboration strengthens the facilitating effect of blockchain technology on tacit knowledge sharing, and both have complementary synergistic effects. In addition, circular-innovation orientation strengthens the promotion of explicit and tacit knowledge sharing on the dynamic capabilities of circular supply chains.
